Starting Your Journey, One Bag at a Time
Walking through the doors of treatment is a big step—and we know the days leading up to it can feel overwhelming. One of the questions we hear most often is, “What should I pack?”
The good news? You don’t need to overthink it. This guide will help you prepare so you can focus on the real reason you’re here—healing. We’ll let you know exactly what’s needed, what’s optional, and what should stay at home. If you have any questions before you arrive, our admissions team is just a call away at (888)482-0717.
