After earning his bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from Chico State, Stephen’s personal recovery journey led him to the substance abuse treatment field. Guided by the principles of service, commitment, and a deep dedication to helping others heal, he brings both compassion and enthusiasm to his role as Director of Operations at Tulua Health and Purposes Recovery.
